José , Paula y Daniela face an excellent service and met our needs. They went over what we expected. Give Jose a raise please. You should also have a fresh fruit selling station at the bar where the bartenders can cut the fruit after selling. Employees who have fresh gardens at their home can bring the fruit to and sell it that same day or the business can purchase its own fruit. We instead paid 60000 to go in the village to purchase fruit. Get a fresh fruit station !!!!!
We had a lovely experience Masaya Cayena, we stayed for 3 nights but could easily have stayed for longer. The rooms were beautiful and very clean, and all the outdoor area and swimming pool were incredible. Every meal we had was delicious and lots of variety. The staff were all very helpful, especially Jose who looked after us very well throughout our stay and always had a smile on his face! Cannot recommend this hotel enough!
Amazing stay at this incredible hotel, nested in the heart of the Tayrona park area. Great stay for relaxing, enjoying the views and great service as well. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax for a few days on a beachfront location near the Tayrona park.
