CBD Luxury Accommodation

This will definitely be our place to stay when we come to Rockhampton. We stayed here over the Easter weekend and we were blown out from the sheer size of the room for the price. Staff were lovely and helpful. The aircon does turn off if all doors aren’t shut and takes at least 5 minutes to turn back on. There isn’t a lot of car parks but it is very secure car park. Overall very happy and definitely recommended.

Stayed a night in Rocky and work put me up here - had an excellent nights sleep and staff were so friendly and helpful! Room was huge and very clean and tidy - comfy bed and quiet location. Spa bath was a bit of luxury! Would highly recommend this hotel even though it’s a 5 min walk to restaurants/city centre, which is not so bad in October, but it would be a hot walk in the next few months!

Stayed 3 nights and had high expectations as I’d read great reviews. Wasn’t terrible but wasn’t great for the $$. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Restaurant food is ridiculously overpriced & food was sub par. Coffee on the other hand was phenomenal. Room is adequately equipped but don’t expect a decent shower if you stay in a suite. Standing in the rain would have been more effective. Water from the shower covers half the bathroom floor which is slippery. Mould in the shower and in all the floor grouting is a bit icky. Unbeknownst to us the cleaners let themselves into our room whilst we were gone so definitely don’t leave valuables. I’d left my whole handbag & while nothing was touched, I wouldn’t have left it had I known they would be coming into the room. Secure parking was the primary reason we chose to stay here and whilst we got lucky getting a park (there are only about 6 secure spots), be aware you’re not guaranteed a spot and may still have to park on the street. Super handy location with Coles & restaurant options walking distance. Central for accessing the hospital.
