Good location if you have the car to go around the towns nearby, and spacious rooms with terrace. Not excellent access to the room with the pram, though, and a couple of times room service forgot to change dirty sheets and add extra shower gel. However, restaurants, bars and pool were great, as well as the mini club and entertainment service. Very recommended for families with kids and teens. Staff were absolutely friendly and nice, and they really do their best to satisfy customers’ needs. You just have to tell them and they find a solution to anything straight away. Very professional! Thank you all!

The worst hotel! Receptionist with curly hair is sitting all the time and no smile. Even guest is coming she is not standing not respecting guests Room wasn’t prepare for us! It was the worst quality! One good think- Antonio from breakfast was helpful and nice. CDs grand riviera is also with 4star but quality is so much better and service. You should learn from them!

Tired, food is low quality, cold and badly presented. The photos on the website are not accurate. Thank you for your reply, taste is subjective, however the hot food was served cold, example the "Cooked " breakfast was stone cold. As for rich and varied buffet, just not true for example, there was only one dessert available at dinner, only one cheese and meat available at breakfast, only 1 cereal at breakfast. etc etc. Coffee at breakfast was great, really fresh and so Italian, excellent. The pictures of the hotel show a gym, there isn't one. Really sorry to say, my wife and I were so disappointed, it was our Golden wedding anniversary and we thought it would be perfect. Worst hotel we have stayed in, never, ever could this be rated as 4 star...
