Celebrity Resort Coimbatore

We stayed for one night on 29 September 23. Before going to the resort we were apprehensive because of negative reviews but our experience was totally different. Rooms were good, spacious, surrounded by green ambiance and open restaurant where freshly cooked food was served to our satisfaction. Udai was very helpful

Good property, rooms are very spacious and very near to Isha. Poor maintenance and very few staff available. Price very high compared to the facilities. While booking calls are attended by some call center in such a professional manner which gives a wrong impression on the property, however only 2-3 staffs are available when we visited the property.

Booked for new year 2024 event.One of the most and most bad experiences I had here . Service was too bad never seen in any other hotel . Manager Ashok was too arrogant and his customer handling was too bad . The foods posted here are straight to trash as they were not cooked properly. We family had a bad bad experience in this place . Manager Ashok(person mentioned in photo) too much arrogance and handling a guest is worst handling and words used by him is so bad. It’s not safe for family we had a terrible experience. Worst for money . Manager should know customer service & handling Note: If ur booking here ready for medical expenses, (food) Service will be worst there in best in this U can pay and get disappointed that’s the short glimpse I can say.
