Celestia Suites at Leonia

Rooms are nice. But the water park is limited. Half part is not operational. Slides are old and not smooth enough. Water is clean.. Most disappointing is service and other small things. Even after paying hefty amount for the room, kids play area for indoor is chargeable. During rain many activities outdoor is not possible so they shouldn't charge for indoor activities. Kid developed fever they don't even have thermometer. Asking for address proof for all adults and when I provide one for me and not for my wife. They said they will cancel the booking rudely. Not a good experience for family. There might be much better options

Visited Leonia Splash. Food is good. The pool is not that deep. 4 feet max. The water fountain is good. Not much slides to play. Not many water activities. For the name they should have much more. For outdoor sports we need to deposit an advance for each game for the sports items which they accept only cash. So carry as much cash as possible. After that we need to walk to find the outdoor activities. Not much proper guidance. I would have preferred District Gravity than this place for their adventure activities and much better pool games.

Not a typical 5-star hotel experience. Food was good but service could have been better with respect to attending customers. Rooms are average, like a normal hotel room, toilet exhaust not available, dustbins are not covered. No bin bags in the dustbin. Not a hotel room which we expect as of a 5- star. The water park was good, and the pool was the best.
