What an incredible hotel!! It is absolutely gorgeous. My fiancé and I stayed for 3 days. Great vibes. Great views. The room looks like a movie set, it was so unique. Very relaxing. We love that the SPA is in the same building and you get a discount for booking! The staff are SO nice!! Luis and Ricardo treated us better than any place we’ve ever been to! They were so patient with us and we couldn’t be happier with the service. We love everything about this place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding, and I’d especially like to recognize Alejandro, Mateo, and Juan for going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly made a difference. One particular moment that really stood out was when I realized I had left behind a 14k gold medal after checking out. I was incredibly impressed by how quickly and professionally the staff responded. Thanks to their honesty and efficiency, I was able to recover the item without any issue—a rare and much-appreciated gesture that speaks volumes about the integrity of the team here. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place where you’ll not only be treated like a valued guest but also cared for with genuine hospitality.
