Celik Palace Hotel Convention Center & Thermal SPA

Honestly we were a little worried after reading some google reviews but things turned out to be great! People are smiling and polite, both Nur and Cignam at the front desk speaks good English and they were the nicest people that helped us a lot during our 4 days stay. The hotel is a little out of the city center but you have many bus options in front of the entrance(1A,3C, 6E will take you to city center). The balcony and city view is splendid. Breakfast provides a lot of options and the warm dishes vary per day. We had some teenager group neighbours the first night so jt was noisy, but it is of course not the hotel’s fault. So we cannot complain about this relaxing stay in Bursa!

The food was good (though the menu is the same for lunch and dinner), breakfast was very good, but service could improve. The spa area is excellent. Great views from the room and terrace.

A large hotel, which would have been the sensation years ago, is now outdated compared to other options. The service is good, breakfast is fine, and the best thing is the spa with its hot springs. The rooms are spacious but a bit dated. We had a problem with the toilet cistern that wouldn't stop making noise all day, including into the night. We notified the front desk, but they were unable to fix the problem. Everything else was fine. There should be more security in the hot springs area, When I was there, I saw a couple who, I think, got excited with the heat of the water and went to the bath together, taking a long time like that, twice.
