Our stay at the Centara Ayutthaya was exceptional. The check-in procedure was efficient. The room (10th floor) offered a stunning view from its large windows. This spacious accommodation featured a comfortable king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a separate shower and toilet, convenient bedside power outlets, and complimentary tea and coffee. While we had hoped to dine at the rooftop restaurant, the live jazz music proved too loud in the dining area. Therefore, we opted for the ground floor restaurant, which offered a diverse selection of Western and Thai cuisine. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, providing a wide array of both Thai and international options.

Staying for 5D4N last week. Location:Outside of Ayutthaya old town. Easy access with highway from Bangkok. Room: Basic room with spacious space, lazy bed next to window. Shower and Toilet are separated. Open closest, you won't forget your stuff. Service: average, but everyone is pretty helpful in any aspect. Food: breakfast was excellent with lots selections. Swimming pool: great view.. Gym: workable! Overall, I will recommend to others and will like to visit again. Also pet friendly!! In addition, the hotel is attached with the shopping mall with various food/supermarket to enjoy!

We stayed in the Junior Suite, which was spacious, attractive, and offered a very comfortable layout—definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. However, there were several drawbacks. The staff, while generally polite, often came across as barely trained. The check‑in experience felt impersonal, cold, and rather sterile. The rooftop bar was pricey, and although it offered decent views, it didn’t feel worth the cost. The breakfast was just OK—adequate but chaotic, especially during busy times when lines formed and it could feel hectic. Room service was disappointing. Our room was only cleaned late in the day—around 4 PM—and only after repeatedly requesting it. Even basic supplies like towels for the third guest were often missing. Noise insulation in the rooms was poor—you could hear everything from neighboring rooms, which affected our rest.
