Centara Azure Hotel Pattaya

We brought our family and 20 other guests to Pattaya for our wedding. We stayed for 3 weeks. The service at this hotel was amazing and was the stand out feature! Nothing was too much trouble, and the security guard (pictured) was always so friendly, especially to our toddler. Restaurants was okay for a quick meal. We mostly had breakfast there. The bruschetta was great!!! Cocktails by the pool were great as well. Rooms were okay - nothing spectacular. We had adjoining rooms for our family of 5. The shower is 1 metre from the bed which made it difficult for our children to shower and get dressed, but nothing that couldn’t be managed. Location was perfect - close by to the movies, short walk to the beach, laundry nearby, food court, tuk tuks and restaurants. Great pizza across the road too! Kids loved the pool and slides. Our other guests had some trouble with their rooms however it was very quickly managed and fixed by the hotel. Would stay again! Thank you for making our getaway so nice!

Amongst the facilities there should have been the sauna and the steam room which I was looking for to enjoy. They were out of service the whole time I stayed there. The concierge kept saying that they would be opened next week but it never happened.

Not one I’d recommend for couples or family’s. This place is for the guy who’s looking to use the room as a workshop & the bed as a work bench. Everything about it other than the Lobby, restaurant and pool has that short time feel to it. I gave it an extra star for the bed because it is comfortable, western comfort even… The bathroom is just a sliding glass curtain that self opens while trying to shower. The sink is part of the main room. The toilet has a sensor light that turns on but not off every time you move past the entry ( nothing some tissue didn’t fix) what a pain & the the exhaust fan…that’s next level! Ducted AC that blows straight onto you, it’s a show stopper when it comes to staying a sleep! The floor has tiles that are floating and croak whilst walking. Overall, if you’re into that sort of thing it’s 5 stars for you and the place to stay. But this blokes not staying there again!
