Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket

Very friendly and helpful staff who made our stay in this beautiful resort so memorable:) A special thanks to Nicky on reception, for arranging the most amazing room with a view of the beach & Ida for her wonderful service with a smile at breakfast everyday. We really appreciate it! The facilities here are great. I have loved going to gym every day. The pools are so nice with the beautiful gardens surrounding them. A special retreat! Highly recommend this stunning part of the world for rest & recuperation.

Our recent stay at Centara Grand Beach Resort was great. From the moment we arrived, every interaction with the staff was pleasant and welcoming. A special mention goes to Ida, our host at the restaurant. Even though the restaurant was quite busy, she remained incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our meals and my special requests. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly stood out and enhanced our dining experience. We were also impressed by the activity planner from Mexico, who went above and beyond to make families feel welcome. They were especially engaging with the kids—friendly, interactive, and genuinely enthusiastic about creating a fun environment. Overall, we had a great time at the resort. I recommend.
