Centara Grand Hotel Osaka

We had such an amazing experience here and cannot fault the hospitality at all. We stayed in a room with club access, which included extra benefits each day. This place is beautiful and in a great location. I had injured my foot, and they kindly offered a wheelchair for me to use so I could leave the hotel comfortably. We had dinner upstairs and it was beautiful. Honestly, such a great hotel, would highly recommend this place.

Wonderful hotel! The view of Osaka is absolutely breathtaking. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The location is also fantastic - many interesting places are within walking distance, which makes exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. Plus, the area is full of amazing restaurants serving incredibly delicious food! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Osaka.

Booked a twin deluxe room for 2 adults and 2 kids. We got the room it’s 2 twin beds for 4 people but realistically 2 people can’t sleep in each bed. We’re forced to move the beds together and hope that the adults don’t fall off the bed. They don’t have cots and the only options was an extra $500 to upgrade the room. The room details are very misleading. The deluxe is not worth it. The deluxe and the regular look the same. The only good thing is the location. They are not even trying to help resolve the problem. There solution come everyday and hope something comes up. Seriously?!? If you’re traveling with more than 2 people this isn’t the spot. Teens and adults are definitely going to be tight in the rooms coming from a family with small children and it’s tight. The only good thing is the locations of the hotel.
