The location was perfect—right next to a shopping mall, making everything convenient and easy to access. The hotel was clean, and the staff were genuinely friendly and polite. The rooftop pool was a real highlight, offering stunning views of the city. When I returned to my room and noticed a smell of cigarette smoke, I contacted the front desk. They responded immediately by not only changing my room but also upgrading me to a better one. I was very impressed by how professionally they handled the situation. Even at check-out, they made sure to apologize again, which showed great attention to detail and care for their guests. Overall, I was very impressed with their professionalism and service.

However, during this latest visit, I was quite surprised and disappointed by the condition of the towels provided in the room. They appeared to be noticeably worn out, frayed, and in some cases, had loose threads. This level of linen quality did not reflect the 4⭐️ standard I have come to associate with your hotel. As a returning guest who truly values your hospitality, I felt it important to bring this to your attention in the hope that it can be addressed for future stays—both mine and those of other guests who expect the same high standard. Good, clean upscale hotel in Korat. Only down side is that in this area there is an alcohol sales ban due to nearby uni. Anyway, if you have your own stuff, you are allowed to drink it in the pool bar, just be prepared. In total my stays have been super good.
