I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. Housekeeping kept the room spotless, and any request I made was handled quickly and with a smile. The staff really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. We stayed as a family with our 2-year-old son and had a wonderful time. We celebrated his 2nd birthday at the hotel. I didn’t tell them that it was his birthday but the staff in the check-in counter recognized it from his Emirates ID and she said they will send a complimentary cake for him. It’s a wonderful gesture. The rooms were clean and spacious, staff were accommodating, and the beach access was perfect. Great for families with children.
