The architecture is truly impressive, blending modern elegance with a touch of local charm. The resort is surrounded by beautiful landscapes, with lush gardens and peaceful views that create a very relaxing atmosphere. The facilities are excellent as well — from the spacious pool to the well-equipped amenities, everything is designed for comfort and convenience. It’s the perfect place to enjoy both leisure and tranquility. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a refreshing getaway. We just stayed and enjoyed all our times in Resort with many unforgettable moments :)
Beautiful resort at a prime location and in a beautiful view of the ocean. The villas are super spacious and comfortable. Service could be spotty at times due to crowds. There are a lot of activities for kids if you travel with family. Food quality at the on-site restaurants could be improved. Highly recommend eating out and off premise. The check in process was kind of a nightmare. We arrived on a weekday but the wait was nearly 30 minutes. There are not enough check in desks for a resort of this size of nearly 1000 rooms. There was no order with people cutting lines and a total disrespect for personal spaces. Maybe it's just the local clientele. The exact same thing happens at breakfast. If you get there past 7:30, get ready to cut in line or you won't get to eat. Total chaos. Otherwise, our little vacation was perfect. The kids loved the pools and the little jungle gym included in the downstairs bedroom.
where to begin....3 hour wait to check in. Was told they had tried calling us six times to let us know the room was available - a blatant lie as we had no missed calls and checked fhey had taken the right number. Asked for an extra duvet - was told the hotel was full - surely a supposed 5* hotel has some spare supplies? No towels in the bathroom and a long wait for some to be delivered - basic housekeeping!. Breakfast was rammed with most stations empty (see photos) awaiting replenishment. Was told we couldnt avail (pre booked) lunch as we had just checked in, but had checked in the day before - basic Operations! Lunch seemed to offer breakfast leftovers and once again most stations were empty, choice was so limited. The facility is too big, poorly run, operationally inept. A 2* experience at best. There is no beach and the hotel is quite isolated with nothing within walking distance. however, a grab to mui ne central (bo ke) is only about 80k. Everything on site is grossly overpriced and an 'extra'. footnote : Management sent a note and a small plate of fruit in recognition of the multiple issues. While the gesture was appreciated, 50k vnd of fruit as a goodwill gesture was laughable and merely served to further underscore the mindset of profit over guest experience.
