Very pleasant stay at Centara Nova Suites & Spa, the facilities are very clean in a central location. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable- special regards to Fe - the hotel manager who ensured our stay was accommodated with fulfilled requests and a very warm welcome. She is very professional and very good at her profession. We look forward to our return!
We had a blast staying in this hotel most especially to the desk staff Miss Fe who made my husband's bday very memorable. To all the staff who made our stay unforgettable, thank you and for sure we will come back.
Lovely hotel, extraordinary staff. The room was lovely and clean, everything you needed, the sink was cracked in the bathroom, but that's just me being fussy. Everything was outstanding. Food was really nice also, they made cooked omelette, scrambled egg or fried egg from scratch so was freshly made in front of you. Had a pizza for lunch and it was freshly made too. Would definitely stay here again. 20 minute walk to the town and there's tuk tuks you can hop on and off and range from 20 baht to 50 baht per person.
