Centara Pattaya Hotel

I stayed at Centara Pattaya Hotel for 14 nights in June 2025 and had an amazing experience. The staff — especially the reception and housekeeping teams — were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We booked One-Bedroom Apartments (Rooms 530 and 630). Room 630 had a gorgeous sea view! Both rooms were spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom had a large walk-in shower and a bathtub, which was a nice touch. Special thanks to the gentleman on Floor 6 and the lady on Floor 5 from housekeeping who looked after us. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and the gym and sauna were a great bonus. Everything was smooth, clean, and comfortable. I will absolutely be staying here again next time I’m in Pattaya. Thank you, Centara team!

Centara Pattaya Hotel offers an excellent stay with spacious, clean rooms and friendly, attentive staff. The location is perfect—close to the beach, shopping areas, and local attractions. The breakfast buffet has a great variety and tastes delicious. The pool area is relaxing and well-maintained, ideal for both families and solo travelers. Overall, a great value for money and a comfortable, enjoyable experience in the heart of Pattaya. Highly recommended!

Had to wait till 3pm on check in , room not ready , put in level 5 above smoking area , door cards wouldn't work one day , overall very average , hotel showing signs of wear and tear. Breakfast was the highlight , good variety. We stayed 4 nights.
