Finally, a shower that has the water dial at opposite end, to manage temperature safely!! Room was spacious 🫶 bed was healthy for my back. After all the tourist walking, I looked forward to a good night's rest. Hot shower, shampoo and conditioner cuz my hair was shouting from the different elements. A win win Holiday Inn 🙌.
One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in years—and I work in the hospitality industry. From the moment we arrived, service was disorganized, dismissive, and shockingly unprofessional. I specifically requested an early room for my mother, who has mobility issues, and was assured I would be called when it was ready. That call never came. Instead, we were falsely told we had been contacted and forced to wait until 5 PM—while my mother sat in the lobby for hours, in pain, on uncomfortable chairs. The reception staff’s attitude was not just unhelpful, but outright rude and aggressive. No room cleaning was done at all during our stay. Breakfast was both overpriced and poor in quality, with the only positive being the kindness of the Latin American staff members. This hotel fails at the most basic rule of hospitality: making guests feel welcome and cared for. The service and value for money are far below industry standards. I would strongly advise against booking here—both as a guest and as someone who works with travel clients.
Good location BUT the room was old fashion and the services are not good: 1. When we arrived in the evening, the front desk told us they are sold out while we had a valid reservation including a confirmation email from the hotel received 3 days before. 2. Additionally, as they are in a renovation process, no housekeeping unless you request it in advance… but the room price includes housekeeping! 3. As I said the room was really old fashion with many concerns: the AC was so noisy that sleeping was a challenge… the sink was not working well… and the lights switches were broken, forcing us to unplug the lights to switch off the lights ! We informed the front desk about our concerns but nothing was solved… Well not a good experience at all… even being an IHG member didn’t help, so RUN AWAY from this hotel.
