Great value for Iceland. We visited in May and the staff was friendly and helpful. They welcomed us with complimentary drinks, too (booked direct). The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Great location for walking around the city. Highly recommend!
We had a very pleasant stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is right at the beginning of the tourist mile. Room was a little bit small but all amenities were there. All in all a good hotel for a few days in Reykjavik.
We had a pleasant stay at the hotel over the weekend. It so happened that third party website confirmed the dates an year in future which was crazy. Hose at the front desk was courteous , friendly and welcoming. He quickly identified the issue and worked hard to accomodate us even though it was very busy weekend. And then organized behind the scenes to correct the booking. Greatly appreciated his help and recommend this hotel.
