Vector from the PA team was absolutely outstanding and made our stay unforgettable his professionalism, and genuine care elevated our entire experience. Everything ran smoother and felt more personalized because of him. He didn’t just do his job he went above and beyond in every way, making our visit 10x better. Absolutely loved it! It is indeed the best hotel in Germany. Well located, beautiful rooms and excellent service from all the staff! When I lost my passport the woman who cleaned our room was so nice to me☺️🥹 will come back for sure!
