Centra by Centara Coconut Beach Resort Samui

This resort is just amazing, is far down away from the now highly built rest of the island main tows. There are 2 swimming pools, one long 25 m between the rooms great for swimming. And another just close to the beach. The beach itself is nice but water is not as good as other beaches. Food not as good as other restaurants but a pad Thai never fails.

The front desk was not able to communicate in English. They offered airport shuttle, but later charged me for the service and threaten to call police vs. listening to the facts. Quite unprofessional. the quality of room and the hotel was average at best. It was advertised to have breakfast, and I am not sure it was true. It has a small beach.

Small resort with one restaurant/bar, with decent prices but expensive compared to other restaurants on the island. There are two nice swimming pools. Rooms are spacious but some are in need of renovation. Around the hotel there is nothing, so you need a car or a motorbike to get around otherwise taxis are super expensive. The hotel can rent you a car but I can't tell if the rates are like others or more expensive. The beach is fine but don't expect to be able to swim because the water is only a few cm deep during the day for tens of meters. The staff is really nice and helpful even if not everyone speaks English quite enough.
