Central Brunswick Apartment Hotel

We stayed here for two nights during our road trip stopover in Brisbane. The apartment we were provided with on the second floor was very clean and spacious with good hot water and room heating. The location is just perfect. It's very centrally located with food courts, various types of restaurants, fast food outlets and pubs, etc, all around this facility. Gated, secure undercover parking is provided at $15 per day. I believe these apartments are individually owned and maintained. As such, each unit may differ in amenities provided and the quality, etc. SAM, the manager who checked us in, was very helpful, courteous, and informative.

Check in was simple even though we were checking in outside of reception hours. Our room was clean and styled nicely. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the fact that the soaps, tea, etc were sourced from local Australian companies. It was a nice touch. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was great with lots of local restaurants and shops just outside in the same complex or a short walk away. Parking was easily accessible.

Location is great. Value for money is great. But!!! Rooms are independently owned so standards vary between rooms. First room allocated to me, room 211, was very poor but after complaining, I was given a much better room.
