We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights as a group of 4 and were all very satisfied and happy with the service. The staff was very amicable, funny and helpful and did not disappoint at any point. Rooms were neatly organized, clean and serviced daily for things like towels and shampoo. The beds were comfortable which is important to get a good night's sleep after a full day of sightseeing. As for the ambiance it was very calm and peaceful without any noise or disturbances. The luggage service they offer is very practical and hassle free and allowed us to visit London without dragging suitcases around both before our official moving in time on the day of arrival and after our official departure time on the day of departure. We can definitely recommend the hotel in every regard, including its proximity to the train stations and bus stops.

Booked a one bed room as my wife has to attend a family wedding. The unit was small but well equipped. Good bed, no elevator/lift so not suitable for less able guests. Very updated setting, will blend in a Shakespeare movie… Very small external shared bathroom, the door can only be closed when you are in the shower. So not suitable for big size guests. Friendly helpful reception (I think he was the owner). Very good location, near the international train station, public transport and food area. Very high price/sqm, but I think typical for London.

Near King's cross station the hotel has a perfect location. The room was a bit smaller than I'm used to, but since we weren't there for the most of the day it wasn't irritating. The door to the bathroom blocked sometimes after you had closed it. The service was friendly.
