Central Domus Roma

Very convenient location - 200 metres from the side entry to Termini station. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely use Central Domus again.

The apartment was really nice, the location in Roma is great for walking the city. The water pressure was not very good, otherwise our host was always attentive and helpful.

At first based on the reviews we thought this was a wonderful place, welcoming and fair but not when we got there. The lady who welcomed us at first made us wait for at least 30minutes without any reason. We had trouble using the elevator at first because noone showed us even though we asked for help. Anyhow when we got into the room we noticed that it was full of stuff and decor that was pointless. The room we slept in was very cold and the ac was set to only go up to 21°c so we froze all night. The main thing that bothered us was the man who came for the check in later. He told us to make a deposit of 100€ incase we broke anything in the room, which was pointless cause noone does that. He had a weird attitude towards us that made us feel uneasy. The next day we had set the check out in the early hours and he went in the house/apartment wtv without notice. He just walked in which is creepy and weird because why would you have the key and also why would you come in without knocking or ringing the bell first. He had the audacity to go and check the room we slept if we broke anything while there was nothing to break. Even tho the room was clean the sheets and the bathroom, since there were a lot of souvenirs and stupid stuff all around there was a lot of dust that hadn't been cleaned for ages. This is not a place to stay if you have allergys or if you hate dust and filth all around the room. The room was also smelly and you had to leave the windows opened for a while. And the fire place was with bured wood and full of dust!! We would not rate it as a 5 star with excellent service!!☹️
