Excellent location! Walking distance to Old Town in Split. Stayed only for 1 night and we wished we stayed longer. Booked the Standard double room with a balcony. Great view of the main road to people-watch. Room was very clean with modern furnishings and décor. Bathroom and glass shower was spotless. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Lobby was quiet, clean & welcoming. However, there is no elevator up to these rooms so prepare to carry all your belongings & luggage up 2 flights of stairs.

Centrally located in heart of city. Walkable distance to all local attractions, port, ferry, and bus terminal. Beautiful cosy modern rooms, with all amenities, toiletries, and a safe and tiny fridge. I had a balcony room, and views were limited situated at the rear of the building. Clean rooms that are cleaned daily are located on the second floor of the building, and other floors are residential. Easy accessible, friendly, and helpful staff. Will give advice of local attractions and transportation. Would highly recommended felt safe as a solo traveller.

We only stayed for 1 night before our flight home, but the rooms were clean and well appointed, especially the shower. The bed was comfortable. However, the promised tea and coffee facilities turned out to be two mint teabags and a kettle - no coffee, milk, black tea or sugar! We tried to source our own but all the local supermarkets were shut. Result: I had to get up early for the flight without caffeine - really not ideal! The building itself is a residential block of flats, in which one has been converted into a five room mini hotel. You do need to drag your suitcases up two flights of stairs to reach your room.
