Perfect location! The apartment is just a 10–15 minute walk from the famous Greek Theatre, where you can enjoy stunning views of the historical beauty of Syracuse. In the opposite direction, you can easily reach the island of Ortigia, home to the beautiful Piazza del Duomo, charming restaurants, and an elegant promenade perfect for evening strolls. The host is an exceptional person — very kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything you might need. The room is spacious and includes a small balcony, which we really appreciated. There's also a coffee machine in the room — a lovely touch that allowed us to enjoy a delicious Italian coffee first thing in the morning. Another big plus: the B&B has an agreement with the bakery-pastry shop located downstairs, where you can enjoy an amazing breakfast with fresh pastries and excellent coffee. Everything was perfect — 10 out of 10! If you're looking for a well-located, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped place to stay, don’t hesitate to book.

We visited central perk for two overnights and were absolutely satisfied in any case. The host was super helpful, the room and bathroom were clean, and the breakfast was tasty. Absolutely recommended!

We really wanted to give five stars- the cleanness, the service, the location and the price, all was perfect. we asked for a cot for our 1.5 old kid, and it was ready in our room free of charge. The negative is because the bad smell that came from the building, I guess it because the structure is old - they really tried to discases it with a perfume, but in the morning it was very noticeable.. hope there is something to do about it...
