Came to Zurich for the first time and picked this hotel for proximity to old town and the train station. The location is truly perfect, but the hotel itself is has many other perks! The room was an excellent size, the bed was comfy, the staff was very helpful, and the partial air conditioning came in handy during the heatwave. We ate breakfast there and had tapas in the Central Garden restaurant, and everything was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zurich.
This hotel has an unbeatable central location - a perfect 10/10. The reception team is a standout - friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were seamless. The hotel building is older but the room was nicely renovated and had great views. The only area where we felt there could be improvement was the daily room servicing.
The best thing about this hotel is its location, a few minutes walk from the main train station and Old Town. Room is pretty basic and lacks warmth. For two days in our four-night stay, our room did not get cleaned until almost 5pm so we had to leave and go somewhere else even if we were already tired from walking all day so they could clean up our room.
