Exceptional Hotel Experience – Special Thanks to Mrs. Jovana! Our business trip would not have been the same without the incredible support of Mrs. Jovana. From the very beginning, she was there to help us organize everything — from room bookings for 11 colleagues with different flight schedules, to arranging early check-ins and late check-outs, and even adjusting plans due to cancelled and missed flights. She handled every detail with care, professionalism, and a genuinely warm attitude. The hotel itself was spotless, with modern and comfortable rooms, delicious food, and a relaxing atmosphere — but what truly made the experience stand out was the attentive service. Mrs. Jovana was always available, making sure everything ran smoothly and that all our needs were met. We are sincerely grateful for her dedication and will definitely return to this hotel in the future. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays!

Highly recommend this hotel. Good breakfast even if without variety of choice. Super small gym and free sauna for all guests. Reception available 24/7. Don't be scared by the distance from the Old City. 15 mins of walking and you will be there. The rooms are big and have everything you need. Just one negative thing that the complementary water ( 2 bottles of 0.5l) gave you only once per stay. They could provide it every day. The free slippers are available there but no robe ( maybe you should ask).

- They are doing a very good job with breakfast. They have a small buffet but variety is very good and everyone can find a good selection for themselves. - Hotel is very clean. Staff is friendly. - Location is wonderful. Walking distance to many landmarks.
