Central Privilege Hotel

Visiting Central Privilege Hotel, Siem Reap felt like arriving at a refined oasis where gracious hospitality, elegant simplicity, and thoughtful comfort blend perfectly. From the moment I stepped inside with a refreshing welcome drink in hand, the staff’s warm smiles and attentive care made me feel genuinely valued—whether arranging tuk-tuk rides, booking tours, or offering local tips. Their sincerity left a lasting impression.

I had book 2 rooms via Agoda. On the website rooms looked amazing and on the top of it, a huge discount. I was quite excited of this reservation and can't wait to be at the hotel. Once arrived I was welcome by a professional trainee who did the check in without issue, invoices and other document were ready. All good until I saw the room. Once door opened, my mood changed the room wasn't at all like the photos on Agoda. Mistake from Agoda or the hotel management to don't update, I don't know but action must be take. However I realized after few minutes that it wasn't the room I booked. Back to the reception I informed the team that my booking was for a studio with balcony but I was in a Family deluxe room which they informed that it was an upgrade as studio were not available. Shame as I was alone and I really hope to get the room booked with the pool view. I got the roof view instead. Positive experience is the team. Very professional, polite and helpful. I really advise the owner and/or management team to take action on the maintenance. Your team is good, location is great but your rooms must be renovate, there is more competition in Siem Reap and some hotels offer quite new rooms with similar amenities and cheaper price than Central privilege.

We stayed here for 3 nights during our trip in Siem Reap. The hotel was good for its price though on our first night we stayed in a different room and the aircon wasn't working then by the next day, we transferred to the room which we booked and well was good but there is bar nearby that's so loud till midnight. And Staff here were very friendly they were helpful at some point and the most that I loved about this place is the pool bar!
