Centre Point Plus Hotel Silom

An excellent hotel for a comfortable holiday. The staff is super friendly, the facilities are great, the rooms were really clean and well decorated, and its location makes it easy to travel. It all felt luxurious! My only down point would be that the mattress was quite firm, which could be uncomfortable for some, and that the hotel restaurant doesn’t have a large selection, nor alcohol. Otherwise, it was splendid!

This was a great place to stay—I stayed for three nights and was really happy to get a room with a big balcony. The room was spacious and clean, and the view from the balcony was lovely. I also loved that the hotel connects directly to the mall on the first floor, which made currency exchange super easy—took me less than five minutes from the room. Thanks to this excellent hotel, my trip felt smooth and satisfying!

The hotel is clean, spacious, with a swimming pool, gym, children's playroom, game room and snack lounge; there are restaurants and department stores near the hotel, and the transportation is convenient. The reception staff in the hotel building are friendly, and there are guards standing guard to assist in the elevator. Most importantly, they are very kind and friendly to children. We had a good experience staying for two days. They greeted us when they saw us. On the day of leaving, the hotel reception staff also gave my daughter a bear doll. This small gesture brought my daughter happy and satisfied smile and the parents' touched mood. My daughter love the bear very much. After returning home from the trip, she still love it and hold it when going out, sleeping and eating. Thank you very much. If I have the opportunity to come to Bangkok again, I will come back again.
