Hello, we stayed for 14 days in the Hotel. It was awesome! The Pool and The Wave were the best for our children. We switched from the Pool to the Wave or back without any issues. Also we got towels for free during the Time at the Pool or Wave. The breakfast buffet was delicious. It got a lot of food. Daily different fresh noodle soup was awesome. I used eggs to add for my soups. We got two rooms with a connection door. The Room is big. The beds were also big and the mattress were also very hard. I love hard mattress! The cleaning was ok imo. Well the Hotel Rates with 5 Stars. If you don’t tip they will just do the Basics Like Change towels and making your bed. The cleaning up Like wipe the floor was not really clean. In the End it’s Fine to say we would go to the Hotel again. The view is awesome! (During the Weekend it’s getting really Full, but you still have some Space.) Food tip: Next to the Gas Station is a Little Japanese noodle House. It’s Damn delicious! Hotel tip: use the Shuttle Service to terminal21. It’s a huge mall Where you can get anything!

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The kids had so much fun at the sliders and “The Wave” pool area — definitely the highlight of the trip! The facilities are well-maintained and perfect for children. The only minor inconvenience was the long wait for elevators, which might be a bit difficult for elderly guests. Overall, still a great experience, and we would love to return.
