Great place surrounded by nature very close to Lugano. The apartments are nice and clean and everything is well managed. The manager Jacqueline is very friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

An awesome place to stay!! I highly recommend the Centro Panoramico in Cadro. I stayed there for 3 months and absolutely loved it. The studio apartment was super nice and very clean. The view from the balcony was simply stunning!! The entire staff is very friendly and every time I needed something they were very quick to help. I will stay there again for sure when I go back to Switzerland!!

We were permanent clients of this place.Also my friends whenever they came to visit me went there.Infrastructure is very old.They dont invest anything in it.They also didnt want to send a bill to me for wiring the money probably because they want to hide it.I had to insist on a bill each time and every month i was asking for a contract so be careful if you stay longer.Bed sheets had a hole we asked to change it.Canalization from the day 1 was blocked and they ignored all what we were asking for.The place is also extremely loud because of permanent events.The parking is always full,often you can't find a place to park your car and without car it's too far from everything .We were also not lucky with the neighbors they came home at night were very loud,cooking outside on a balcony fish!Smoking.All this smells went into our room.From another room someone was lighting scents with a terrible smell.When we asked stuff for a help all our questions were ignored.After quite long stay there and thousands paid we were treated in a very rude way.When i started to complain their manager told me she absolutely doesnt care.Stuff told my old parents that they have a smelly garbage on their balcony what was absolutely not true.Because my parents didnt even cook there they are always with us.They just needed a quiet place to sleep.We had also an accident someone went on our balcony broke our umbrella and stole a pillow wich we brought with us.All this also was ignored by stuff and the manager said to me I am inventing the facts.But I have all the emails.We spent thousands at this place and were treated miserably.Never again.Rude people who have no idea how the service should be.Pool was until June closed, dirty,unprepared and under construction.Table football was dirty and terrace not cleaned sunbeds also.Maybe they clean it for the main season only (June,July)but we stayed with them 8 months and this is thank you we have got from them after all.
