Centro Hotel Ioannina

I was at Hotel Ioanina for one night and it was great. A nice place to rest after a long trip, everything was clean, I would say some corners of the room were a little bit dusty, NOT dirty! The parking did not work for our car, the angle is too steep and with a longer vehicle you risk hitting your front bumper of the car. But that was also not inconvenient because Ioanina is really quiet and nice and we found a parking spot nearby 😁.

I would like to sincerely thank the hotel staff for the excellent hospitality during our stay. From the very first moment, the welcome was warm and professional, making us feel comfortable and welcome. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, while the common areas were impeccably maintained. We were particularly impressed by the service of the staff, always willing and smiling to assist with anything we needed. We will definitely return in the future and highly recommend it to friends and family. Thank you very much for the wonderful experience!

Not a recommendation for me personally. Why: The hotel is only staffed from the morning until 4pm. This was not communicated to us in advance. Allegedly they had no contact details although we had booked via Agoda. We arrived before 2pm and wanted to leave our luggage with the lady at reception. She first told us to leave it in the passageway to the rooms, where every guest walks past. I asked her to at least leave our luggage behind the reception desk, which was readily agreed to. Room and entrance door work with a code. Access to the garage extremely narrow, I personally did not dare to drive in with the rental car. The hotel is located on a busy road, so sleeping with the window open was difficult. Breakfast very basic, coffee was good. Also comfortable beds.
