During my stay at this hotel, I was truly impressed by the outstanding service provided by Mr. Nahid from the housekeeping team. His attention to detail and calm, respectful attitude made my experience even more comfortable and enjoyable. Nahid always ensured that the room was spotless and well-organized. What really stood out to me was his dedication to his work he never seemed rushed, yet always completed his tasks on time with great care. He carries a sense of professionalism that reflects well on the entire hotel. Friendly, humble, and sincere—he made sure that guests like me felt at ease and well taken care of. Such hospitality deserves to be recognized. I'm thankful for his efforts and would be happy to see more staff members like him in any hotel I visit in the future.

Today we had breakfast at the hotel buffet. The service was perfect . The food was amazing. The ambiance was joyful. The food was excellent with big variety of dishes. I would like to thank everyone especially mister khatoun the waiter who is professional and caring. I will come back to this restaurant and hope that people will have the opportunity to enjoy it too. Was here for the breakfast with my family and friends. The atmosphere and ambiance is nice. Kids and family Friendly. The hotel and restaurant staff are really good friendly, kind and hospitable. They took care of us asking each us time to time if we need anything and if everything is all right. Highly recommended !!!! Khadimul waiter really took care of us.
