Centro Waha Riyadh Hotel

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the daily housekeeping service. The location was perfect—close to major attractions yet peaceful and quiet at night. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the on-site restaurant served some of the best meals I had during my trip. Special thanks to the front desk team for their helpful recommendations and warm hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

My fourth visit to Centro Waha hotel and each time has been excellent! Right from the check-in to the Check-out. Rooms as well appointed, clean and comfortable. I have eaten in the Distrikt restaurant and bar several times. Reema has to be commended for her welcoming hospitality, friendly disposition and engaging character. Definitely worthy of note and an ambassador for the group. Thank you

I’m a non-smoker and very sensitive to cigarette smoke, so I always request a non-smoking room. Unfortunately, during this stay, my request was not respected. I was given a room near smoking areas, and when I raised the issue, the staff member responded dismissively, saying “this is what we have” without offering any proper solution. That made me feel very unwelcome, especially since in my past stays the team was always understanding and even upgraded my room out of care. However, aside from this issue, everything else was great. The breakfast experience was excellent, the staff working there were kind and helpful, the security was well managed, and the room cleanliness and housekeeping were all on point. I really appreciated those aspects, but I hope in the future more attention is given to room preferences especially when they affect guests’ comfort and health.
