To be honest, the start of our stay was a bit complicated. We had booked three large rooms but received only two large ones and one smaller room. However, the receptionist Imen remained calm and professional, even though we were irritated. She quickly found a solution, and everything was sorted out without delay. During the following days, she was extremely helpful, assisting us with booking boats, cars, and scooters, always finding us the best prices. All the staff were friendly, cheerful, and always smiling !!

We had a very frustrating experience with the staff, especially the receptionist, who was rude and dismissive. We had booked three large rooms, but were given only two spacious ones and a third that was tiny, with a much smaller bathroom and worse amenities. When we asked for a solution, the manager replied arrogantly, “There’s nothing we can do for you,” and simply walked away. At one point, we were even told to “go for a walk” to forget about the issue. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable service. Would not recommend.

Upon arrival, we discovered that our booking for three large rooms had not been honored; one room was significantly smaller with poor amenities. When we brought this to the attention of the management, our concerns were dismissed rudely. The manager's response was, "There’s nothing we can do for you," before walking away. This complete lack of service and respect was unacceptable. We cannot recommend this establishment.
