We stayed for a night and had to cancel the rest of the stay. Air conditioning is not functional in the entire hotel and not clear for how long it’s been the case and for how long it will stay this way. Both rooms we rented had very old deformed mattress and strong smell of cleaning supplies. Everything in the rooms and hotel seems to be barely holding together. Hotel gave us 20% discount and confirmed with us if we are okay with air conditioning being not functional during check in process. Location is great. Breakfast was good. Guest services personnel were welcoming and accommodating.
Fraud Warning – Avoid This Hotel at All Costs I booked this hotel through a booking agent, and it turned out to be a complete nightmare. When I arrived, the property was under construction and had no internet access, which was essential for me since I had to work remotely during my stay. I explained this to the front desk, and they acknowledged the issue. The manager told me to contact my booking agent, which I did. The agent gave me an email address for the hotel to send a refund authorization. I gave this information to the staff, waited in the lobby, and was told the email had been sent. Trusting their word, I left the property and booked another hotel out of pocket. A week later, I was informed that the email was never received, and now no one at the hotel can be reached—phones disconnected, website offline. I was left with a full charge for a stay I never used, despite following every instruction and acting in good faith. This is dishonesty at best and outright fraud at worst. They misrepresented the property, failed to deliver basic services, and then disappeared when it was time to issue the agreed-upon refund. Avoid this place and book elsewhere. No traveler should have to deal with this kind of shady behaviour.
We did not have the good experience at all and if I can give 0 starts in the review, I would. Upon arrival to the hotel, we noticed several things: 1) the ceiling in the shower had one part missing; 2) towels were missing completely and when we asked to get the towels, we got dirty towels, then we returned and asked for clean ones and we were told that they are clean but the stains cannot be washed. Only when I complained again, we got a clean ones; 3) the air condition was not working, so it was quite hot in the room and also smelly; 4) Wi-fi was not working at all and during 3 days of our stay, they did not fix it and every time we asked, they said that the problem is big and is not fixed yet. 5) the mattress was not comfortable at all; 6) hair dryer was missing in the bathroom. 7) the card from the room was not working properly and every time we wanted to enter the room, it took us 10 minutes. 8) the gym was located on the last floor but as the air condition was not working, it was impossible to use it because of the heat. When we asked to change the room, we were told that the hotel is full and they cannot change the room. I definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
