An average hotel with a modern feel. The TVs in the room don't really work, kept losing signal after every 5 minutes and the channel options not so great. They kept getting my name wrong at the reception which made everything else more complicated as I had to remember my wrong name. Overall not very bad, conveniently located but could do better on service. Oooh and they had almost raw sausages for breakfast on one of the mornings and the wait time for dinner is not impressive,
The rooms are modern and minimalist with dark and wood tones . Basic but clean and comfortable . Big walk in shower . Toiletries provided The location is perfect for corporate and tourist travellers. Century city is a very walkable space and this hotel is ideally located between the gym, restaurants and shopping centres . I had a few hiccups on my first day with a problematic check in, and an unpleasant dining experience . But the management teams have shown incredible hospitality, client centricity and care The Manager Renato sought me out to offer their apologies and a kind gesture to affirm their regret The restaurant manager, Shannon, was also more than willing to try and find solutions when we were faced with challenges . The front desk assistant at check in also helped me with the sincerest care and interest in my comfort and well being. Despite the unpleasantries, seeing how the management team had all tried in their capacities to make things better , more than makes up for any negative experiences during this trip. I am back at this hotel in two weeks . Would recommend it .
This hotel attempted to charge my credit card prior to having my approval for that transaction. Noting that they didn't require payment until a week prior to my stay. I didn't care for that. My booking was off by a day - it's my mistake and I was willing to wear it. However, the desk staff indicated that I would receive a credit for that day and I should contact reservations. Reservations, told me to stuff it, in slightly more polite terms. If a company says they're going to do something, they should do it. It's fairly disappointing. But, the rest of my experience was good - the travel arranger for the hotel - Elton - was really a great guy.
