Decent Hotel with nearby mall and eateries. ------------------------------------------ April 2025: Wanted to try again to stay at Pine Garden Hotel, Kuching. This time round, cleanliness has improved, staff's hospitality has also improved from receptionist to housecleaning. Housekeeping team will replenish drinking water on daily basis by the door when placed a No Disturb sign - thank you 🤗. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Looking forward to the hotel extension with more rooms and added facilities such as restaurant, swimming pool, gym and etc.
Very thin walls, fast internet, parking available for cars, location nearby airport, you can hear vehicle noises at night
It sucks, smoking smell all over the units, mold in the bathroom walls and ceiling, not cleaned aircon filter, made me feel sick every night. Also when changing my pillowcases, they gave me one with blood. Not worth the price lol, can get much better experience with same price. Good thing is its close to CityOne
