Weird place... It seems like the owners, Sheraton, are just keeping the place running with a skeleton crew for the time being, until they renovate the whole thing. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, we didn't see a single employee who wasn't behind the front desk or in the restaurant. The rooms and amenities are a bit dated, but they're set in a beautiful ocean side forest that's home to lots of monkeys. In the summertime it was very quiet and the pool was nice. I had hoped to get some drinks at the fully stocked bar at the pool, but a bartender never showed up. The building housing the fitness center was closed for repairs, but the door was wide open and no one was there, so we went anyway; I doubt any of the 4 employees at the place would have cared had they known. We found a good price on a Chinese booking site, so stayed for one night. I wouldn't stay longer than a night or two or expect any kind of 4 star resort treatment, because you'll be on your own here...

Pathetic staff.... Zero hospitality.... No welcome no goodbyes... You have to carry your own luggage.. If you are pushing extra for breakfast then don't as there are very limited options and that too not very good.. Service is very bad... There is no cleanliness
