Improved breakfast buffet. Perfect for date nights lunch and dinner buffet. Accomodating staff. Consistent treatment among guests. The best hotel guards. Palm grove is highly suggested to visit, very accommodating staff. The food is cheap yet exceeds your expectations. Friendly guards and waiters.

Stayed for 2 nights to catch a stand-up comedy show at the hotel. The rooms are decent but a bit dated. The elevator needs improvement—it has to be manned manually. Breakfast is fairly good; some dishes were tasty, though the dining area's ambiance could use a refresh. The pool and Jacuzzi were a nice bonus, especially since they weren’t crowded. Happy hour by the pool from 5–8 PM (if I remember correctly) was a great touch. Overall, a pleasant stay. Staff were friendly and hospitable. Just needs better ambiance and a more modern elevator.

I stayed at this older hotel and overall had a good experience. The place does feel a bit outdated, and the air conditioning wasn't as cool as I would’ve liked, which made the room a little warm at times. That said, the highlight was definitely the Japanese food there was a really good selection and everything I tried was delicious. Despite a few drawbacks, the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable. I’d recommend it if you’re not too picky about modern amenities and enjoy good food.
