Century Park Hotel

Location is really good but there is no breakfast option (except 1 juice and bread) for vegetarian. Limited toiletries (no shaving kit, no comb) make your stay difficult. Rooms are not maintained properly.

I had four nights stay and I was given a room underground all the way after employees offices right next to to the laundry/storage room with a couple of mattresses laying on the wall right in-front of my room. The room wasn’t properly cleaned and towels were used/dirty. The last turnoff was that every morning I’d wake up because of the smoking smell which seems to be one of their employees smoking in that storage room next to me instead of going outside as a shortcut! The front-desk staff was helpful and he tried finding another room but he claimed it is fully booked except for a twin bedroom which doesn’t work for me as we were a couple. However, the hotel didn’t seem to have residents, as a matter of fact, lobby was always empty and no matter in the morning or evening, I never encountered guests! Terrible overall experience, I would’ve cancelled my booking if I was using it for more than sleeping. Wouldn’t recommend it at all.

I do not recommend this place. Outdated, Dirty and stinks of cigarettes coming from the management offices that are located between "Clients rooms". Photos used on booking sites are old and have nothing to compare to actual reality. The manager of the hotel ( Majdi T ), evidently lives in the past and lost connection with professionalism. The hotel has big potential but has gone with its management. Not sure how it's rated 4 Stars.
