Cerretani Hotel Firenze MGallery Collection

Great hotel in the heart of Florence. It has a modern style decoration. It is good if you don’t enjoy very romantic and traditional decoration which is very common in Florence hotels. Bathrooms are particularly spacious. Super clean, staff is very helpful. There is valet parking (before 00:00). Very secure, locks the doors in the night and during the day entrance is via room key. Some rooms might be dark, breakfast is good enough but has the same options everyday. There is no room service or any food available after mignight, plan ahead.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cerretani very much! The hotel has the best location close to the station and all the main sights of Florence. You can explore everything on foot. Our room was very quiet, stylish, well equipped and maintained and included free items from the minibar. The bed was super comfortable with very soft sheets. We started our days well with the excellent breakfast with lots of choice and homemade food and freshly squeezed juices. Eggs could be ordered to your liking. Each and every member of the staff has been very kind and helpful, they are a true asset to the hotel. Looking forward to come back!

We were on an organized tour through Firebird Tours and this was the room selected for us in Florence. Check in was nice and smooth and our room was on the first floor. Nice clean room but it was smaller than expected from the photos on the tour group itinerary. Only minor issue in the room was the water pressure was quite a bit lower than we are accustomed to. Breakfast was good, but if you are looking for a US style breakfast you can order whatever you'd like from the staff. Location was amazing, a very quick and easy walk to anywhere and more food and drink options than you can experience. The staff were all fantastic, and the hotel was immaculate. Only other minor issue, which I reported to staff at checkout was that there was a very foul odor in the hallway outside our room, Room 101 or 100. It was only by our room and dissipated as we walked towards the elevator. All in all it is a fantastic place to stay while in Florence!
