This hotel was just WONDERFUL. The hotel is gorgeous. It is in a perfect location to walk to shibuya crossing and other local restaurants /shopping. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious, clean, and beautiful. The restaurants are great. The Bar tower restaurant has amazing views. Staff was helpful. The Executive club level was so nice and enjoyable and staff were so hospitable. I will 100% stay there again when I come back to Tokyo.
Service is impeccable. Recommend getting executive lounge level. Any request we made or needed was addressed immediately. Absolutely five star service. Restaurants are also exquisite. Location absolutely perfect. Amenities top notch. Beds are a bit firm, but they will add pads if requested. Zero regrets and a lovely hotel.
The hotel is beautiful, truly, but the turn off is that it is not kid-friendly at all. Booked through Capital One Travel and wasn’t disclosed that even the heated pool is for 18+ only. While waiting for transportation, I was feeding my 1 year old in the lobby and was approached to stop eating and only drinking is allowed. I will be spending my $585 USD per night elsewhere on my next visit where my kids are welcome.
