I really loved this hotel! The architecture is beautfull and it has a great vibe. Free (unlimited) beer in the hotel room, tasty food and lovely employees. The nina is also lovely. The location is perfect (close to the center, cenote and the entrance to one of the only public beaches). I recommend this place 100%!
Our stay was nice, inside the rooms were beautiful as close to authentic in my opinion you'll get. The staff was very attentive and great hospitality. I didn't get in the pool because the water didn't look clean, i feel that it would be really beautiful if they kept the outside of the hotel (in the pool area mainly) clean. They werent a big help for recommending activities. The food choice for all inclusive is very small, definitely not the greatest selection. On the day we arrived we ordered to our room, we ordered the skirt steak, after that day it was no longer available to us even being on the all inclusive menu. Some good food options that was on the menu was: The house burger (Sooooo Good), the Ceasar salad (it had fried calamari in it), the avecado toast (very good). I tried everything but these were my favorite. I did order the beef short rib, for that 1 dish tried to charge me $65 usd, i didn't like the taste so we didn't eat it. The drinks are good (mojito's and margaritas). All together i would give them a 6/10
The pictures were not the same as in person the pool needed to be cleaned, I did not like that I needed to pay for an app in order to get the room key. They did not have 24/7 employees available as well. The shower did not have hot water for 2 days and if you're a person who likes long showers don't because the bathroom floors will flood. The bed was very hard to get out of due to how it's made. when this hotel was reserved had no idea the all-inclusive was for certain rooms not all rooms for me that's an issue. They have a restaurant next door that plays music from 8pm to 1am. So, I barley was able to get sleep, I decided to check out 2 days early. Since the room was reserved though booking.com they refused to cancel my room and refund me my money for 2 nights. I even had a rep from booking.com on the phone and the employee at the front desk refused to take the call or respond to their email to get the booking cancelled. I would suggest not staying at this hotel.
