Found out about this hotel on a promo for a 4/5/6 night stay with a day of ski pass included. Had a very warm welcoming, good food and a good service from everyone. Beautiful view from the panorama restaurant, comfortable and clean rooms and a very nice spa made of this vacation a relaxing experience. Highly recommended!

This hotel was the highlight of our ski holiday! We booked a week half-board and it was fantastic. The shuttle service worked perfectly and offered the option to be dropped at the gondola or the centre for the chairlift. The food was brilliant in both restaurants, the Panorama was the perfect setting for breakfast and we particularly enjoyed the ‘interactive cooking’ options in the Abri. The staff throughout the hotel were attentive, welcoming and friendly and made our stay a delight. The spa area and sauna was clean and well kept, the rooms are comfortable and we had an amazing view over the Matterhorn and husky sledge track. Absolutely couldn’t fault anything - thank you VG retreats for a great week ☺️

Comfy room and nice shuttle service team. The guys were very nice, always offered help with our ski equipments on the off the vehicle. Every-time we walk pass the shuttle reception (ground floor of the hotel) they would kindly greet us. There was no house keeping service for our room in one night, we left tips so we knew someone came in for house keeping. But toiletries, towels and bedding were not changed/ replaced. The reception doesn’t seem to be bothered, she sent someone up but the staff doesn’t speak English. We had to work it out ourselves with Google translate. The housekeeping staff were all very kind and polite. It would be great if the reception staff could work out with the house keeping team instead of having us to communicate with the staff with Google translate. 🥲 Shuttle team and house keeping team - great service, always cheerful and polite. For services at the reception and restaurant (breakfast and dinner) there are rooms for improvement for a 5* hotel. Staff did not come and take away empty plates very often, they were standing in groups to chat every morning. If there were not many guests it’s fine to chat but it was quite busy every morning. Agreed with some other reviews that adult only spa time would be fantastic. We only stayed in sauna at the spa to avoid the kids (for 16 years old +) as it was very difficult to utilise the pool or resting area next to the pool, there were kids splashing in the pools. I don’t mind kids in the hotel but perhaps even 1 hour for adults only would be great for those who want to relax after skiing. Overall, we liked the room and we might come back next season! Hope for an even more enjoyable stay.
