Cessna Park Resort And Hotel

July, 1 - 2022 : Booking through Booking.com for Suite with Pool View. Totally regretted the booking as the resort doesn’t have the room available for the stay and the pool were not open or usable. The manager of the property mentioned it were closed due to pandemic which were understandable however needed to be updated in booking.com or representative website that they choose to advertise. The staff have been accommodating and welcoming during the check-in process with welcome drinks orange juices and fruits. Due to they do not have the room available they choose to give us a different room. However, Cessna Park Management team think when I voice that the room booked were different than the room given. They decided to kick us out of the property and canceled the booking. It’s an inconvenience for myself and my family and the Management could do things differently rather than destroyed their reputation. I don’t want to go in to intense details as it’s unnecessary. Overall : If you choose to come over to stayed at Cessna Park Resort, you should connect with the management and the staff for the availability and the readinesses of the accommodations before make the booking. I could see great things if the management take care of the property well and knows how to handle with the customer services skills rather than creating conflicts. I made the booking on June 30th, 2022 and checkin that evening and that might be the case that the accommodation were not ready and the property didn’t update in booking.com as they doesn’t have the number provided at my date of booking. After I informed the hotel of that they did eventually added the hotel contact number. So +1 improvement.

The room doesn't collect garbage. There are pampers. The child doesn't speak or protest. I think he just sleeps for a bit and then hurry up and go!!! The water doesn't flow... The room has ants.. It's almost midnight and he's already asleep.. They come calling to take pictures of their ID cards and collect the money (why don't they take care of it in the evening)... We've traveled far and are tired... Coming to the Kathin ceremony... I feel very bad!!! (My relatives in the area made the reservation) I'm afraid I won't get that much money.. How can you do this to a customer!!! Room price 1500/2000 baht, you can sleep in a 5 star hotel. #Listen to the clip until the end. The situation was not as the owner responded at all...why would we avoid paying!!! He didn't manage to collect our money since we checked in at 9 p.m. But came calling at 11:30 p.m. which we have fallen asleep Moreover, local people who are our relatives made reservations for us. We don't know how to manage reservations...you are overdoing it with customers...and don't even have a word of remorse...are you coming to take a picture of your ID card at 11:00 PM, are you a scammer or not!!! If we are sincere and talk about the truth....we are visitors. I really feel bad about this area...I've been to 5-6 star hotels all over the world and stayed in...I've never encountered anything like this...If you think you're cheating, go ask Teacher Saeng Arun, the person who made the reservation. It's nearby. This is Teacher Saeng Arun's younger brother's family... May you continue to prosper. Amen.

Went to offer Kathin..stayed on the night of 25.11.2023. A relative reserved a room for me. The room had ants. The room was quite dirty...our relative's room was found in another room. Not sure it is Employees or owners or fraudsters came to ask for ID card photos at 11:00 p.m. and were accused of not paying!!! It was very late at night. Feeling lost as a visitor
