Very nice staff and the rooms are absolutely luxurious. The location is fantastic – quiet and close to the sea, with public free play areas for kids and the whole family. There are also many restaurants nearby. The Maltepe ferry station is just a 10-minute walk, and Maltepe city centre is about 15 minutes on foot.
Stayed here for 8 nights following cosmetic surgery. All staff in the hotel are very accommodating and understanding and cannot do enough to help you. Given the nature of my stay I ordered a lot of room service which was amazing. Really excellent food. I had a Turkish bath with Fatima which was a lovely experience! I recommend this hotel to anyone staying here for holidays or travels.
The rooms were absolutely roasting and the air-conditioning wasn't available so the rooms were 31° and our view was of the rubbish recycling. The blinds were nailed to the frame so the sun was blaring through. And the smell, well Istanbul as a whole has a sewage smell but this was more so in the bathroom.
