Ceylon Tea Trails Relais and Chateaux All Inclusive

Had an outstanding stay at Ceylon Tea Trails, specifically, Dunkeld bungalow. The scenery was breathtaking, the service was incredible and the food was delicious. We tried all Sri Lankan cuisine and the staff surprised us with their best options. The attention to service and catering to our needs and preferences was noteworthy. A special acknowledgment to the staff who made our stay extra special: Samantha - our butler who consistently checked in on us and made sure we were taken care of Ravi - the 5 star chef who should win an award for culinary excellence Nish - the assistant manager who also checked in on us every meal and was readily available to answer any and all questions Housekeeping / landscapers - the 2x per day turn down service, the decorated bath, and the perfectly maintained gardens and property did not go unnoticed. I am a travel advisor and thoroughly impressed with our stay and experience. I will be recommending this property to all clients who come to Sri Lanka!

Amazing relaxing stay in amongst the tea country. The accommodation was first rate we had a lovely room and the staff are terrific. Extremely friendly, polite and attentive to make our stay enjoyable. It’s an all inclusive stay with a dedicated butler Samantha who was first class, couldn’t have asked for a better host. Nilantha was the manager and was also very helpful. Definitely recommend without hesitations to stay here.
