There are a few things that take getting used to, and if they work for you then this is an excellent stay option at Kuala Lumpur. First up, there is ambiguity when it comes to housekeeping which isn't mentioned at the time of booking. Stayed for 6 nights and they said it would be cleaned once, either on day 3 or 4. Secondly, tons of confusion at the front office. Was asked to pay the tourism fee, had thankfully maintained my receipt from Agoda so they agreed on it after insisting at first. One person said towels need to be deposited at reception for fresh ones to be sent, another asked me why did I bring them? Pool attendants are downright rude to everyone. Shouldn't be there if they don't want the job. Period. With that out of the way, the rooms are well equipped and comfortable. A lot of extra pillows provided before hand. Wifi worked great. Bathrooms splendid. Value for money offering. If only they can work on their customer service a bit, it could be a best-in-class offering.
The twin designer studio rooms are good, neat and clean with many amenities and a great view. The city view from the pool was magnificent, mainly at the night. Located at the kl city center providing a good service at descent price. Note: There was a security deposit of RM 100 per room, which was not know to me during booking, often not mentioned in the booking confirmation. But the process was smooth and got the deposit back👍
We stayed at this hotel twice in the past three weeks: once for one and a half weeks and once for two days. Our experience was as follows: in terms of hygiene, it was generally good; however, on one occasion, we had to ask about the hairs on the bed that were not ours. Apart from that, it was quite clean, and we were satisfied. The bathroom we had, on the other hand, was quite small. This meant that when you were showering, the toilet area also got very wet. This was not very pleasant, and I would recommend a larger bathroom. Otherwise, it is a nice room: you have a good bed with a beautiful view, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. The facilities could have been better—the pool was very crowded, and it was difficult to relax by the pool. Also, the elevator often took a long time. Apart from that, the location was perfect, and you can easily get to Chinatown or other central areas!
