Ceylonz Suites Klcc By Perfect Host

This is one of the nicest service apartments/hotel l've ever stayed in. My sister and I stayed here for a week and it felt like home. The atmosphere is barerable even though many foreigner staying in here. The pool on the rooftop is very awesome, we can see tallest building in KL. We highly recommend this place.

Very dirty room and humid: even the staff told us that the people in charge didn’t properly clean it but there was nothing they could do as the hotel reached full capacity and it was late at night so nobody could come. The pool was scary to get into (in terms of hygiene): it looked more like a dirty pond. Breakfast was ok but not exceptional at all. We had to wait at least 5 minutes every time we called an elevator because they don’t work properly. Overall, too pricey for the service provided and for Kuala Lumpur. They never gave me back the deposit fee (RM100).

Our first impression was so bad, even more confusing with their correspondence. The first day, when we arrived and tried to locate their check-in office at the building front entrance, even if you asked the security guard, luckily, we called Grab, and our grab driver didn't just dropped our luggage and left us at the condominium building. The second impression wasn't good either. It took quite a long time to register in queue within its tiny check-in office, which is located underground parking lot and extremely small for almost every guest who joined the queue for check-in time. After showing all requested invoice and documents verification, they asked for MYR 300.00 for safety sexured deposit before you can get your unit key. Don't forget to keep your receipts. Otherwise, you might have to say goodbye to your MYR currency forever. Took another 10 minutes to figure out how to open your unit with physical key. Entered the room , the laminate floor was clean, howver closed to bathroom area, the laminate floor were loose and uneven.. The toilet was also not clean as what i expected.  Its duvet/comforter was dirty. Of course, it makes us  uncomfortable to sleep. Seriously, all its interior structures were lack of maintenance, and of course, it overall building was lack of management attention. Didn't check if our view of Kl tower and Klcc via the window has an obstacle. However, we didn't bother of its the hotel location was perfect or not. Of course, when it was check-out time, we had to queue again.
